Rest Before You Finish

Congratulations CSUMB students, you are more than half way done with the first semester of the year. After finishing a week full of mid-terms, students should find a way to relax and regroup for the hard work that is up coming. I advise students to get plenty of rest this upcoming weekend so they can refresh, revise, and recuperate there knowledge filled minds so they can return for the second half of the semester ready to go.

Student Manuel Lechuga has a few tips for the student body on how to unwind and relax this weekend the way he is going to do. “Just go home turn on your favorite CD or movie, kick your feet up and just let it all go. Breathe this beautiful Monterey air and refresh your mind and body.”

Students should find an escape goat for the weekend and come Monday ready to go.

It is proven that rest is an essential part of education. You must give your brain a break and not try to put too much pressure on yourself because eventually pressure becomes stress and stress is never good when you are on the mission to become a successful student.

So give your brain and body time to relax and give yourself energy to prevail in the upcoming half of the semester. Good luck to all students and again congratulations on a great half of semester. Keep up the good work students.
